About the role
We're a marketing agency specializing exclusively in the roofing industry, and we're hiring an Inside Sales Agent to manage our inbound and warm lead pipeline. You'll be the first point of contact for leads, qualifying them and getting them booked before handing off to the right team.
What you'll do:
Call and qualify inbound/warm leads
Book qualified appointments directly onto the calendar
Follow up consistently on leads that don't convert immediately
Track call outcomes and lead status in the CRM
Hand off qualified appointments smoothly to the appropriate team
Maintain a high volume of calls while keeping quality high
Requirements
Phone sales or appointment-setting experience
Strong communication skills
Comfortable with a high volume of calls
Experience using a CRM or dialer system
Organized and self-motivated
